MANAMA: Tatweer Petroleum Company’s financial statements were reviewed at key meetings yesterday
Energy Minister Dr Abdulhussain Mirza chaired the board of directors and general assembly meetings of the company which was held at the company’s main office.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the shareholders, Nogaholding, Mubadala and Oxy companies.
The meeting approved minutes of the last board meeting, held during January.
It reviewed the report of the chairman and the audited financial statement of the company.
The general assembly meeting was attended by Mubadala Oil and Gas president Maurizio La Noce, Occidental Oil and Gas Corporation vice-president Glenn Vangolen and Nogaholding acting chief executive Abdul Hussain Monfaridy.
It approved the agenda and minutes of the last general assembly meeting held in January last year.
Dr Mirza presented the chairman’s speech which was followed by review of the audited financial statements of the company.
The general assembly discharged the company’s board from any liability for last year and appointed external auditors for this year.
Dr Mirza also thanked the management and employees of Tatweer Petroleum for their continued efforts and dedication to develop the Bahrain Field despite the current situation in Bahrain.Back
